Why hands-on healing?
People come to spiritual energy healing for different reasons.

What is a typical session like?
The client lays fully clothed on a massage table. The room is restful. Cathy applies her hands on the client as she is intuitively guided. All of this is done in a kind, respectful and sacred manner.
How will I feel during the session?
The energy flowing through Cathy’s hands gives various sensations. Her hands often feel very warm or sometimes cold. Clients have sensed: great peace and comfort, a lightening of their emotional load, a lessening and sometimes a complete removal of pain. For some people there is an emotional release. Some people sleep through the entire session. No two sessions are the same.
Will a healing interfere with my medications or other medical treatments?
No. Spiritual energy healing compliments all other modalities. Many clients like to add energy healing to other treatments because they feel they are "covering all the bases".
Do I need to believe in this in order for it to work?
No. But it is helpful to be open to the possibility that this could help you.
